HOW CAN WE HELP
The primary goal of Odyssey Wellness Retreat is to help those who dedicate themselves to helping others. With transformative weekend leadership, team building, and couples retreats, we allow those working in mental health, addiction treatment, and other care industries to recharge. Odyssey utilizes a four-point approach by engaging the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual components of individuals for more holistic healing.
THERAPEUTIC SERVICES
Offerings vary by retreat type and location. Each offers its own array of amenities but provides facilitators, clinicians, therapists, life coaches, ministers, and spiritual advisors to encourage spiritual healing and well-being. Our retreats include options such as meditation, yoga, self-care workshops, and spa time to allow for reflection and rejuvenation.
